It will prove to be a powerful tool for the adaptive scuba community at large. Helping adaptive divers find instructors, adaptive scuba organizations finding volunteers for local programs and at destination dive sites, researchers exploring the health benefits of scuba, and other benefits that come with creating a way to network with these populations.

To Be Completed by Adaptive Scuba SUPORT DIVERS
By registering, you will automatically become a recognized supporter of Therapeutic SCUBA Institute’s mission and will receive special Invitations to adaptive scuba related events and research participation. This will give you greater opportunities for involvement in your already proven desire to change people’s lives through adaptive scuba. In addition, all registrants will receive our quarterly newsletter keeping our membership up-to-date on the latest news and happenings in the adaptive scuba world.
Please complete the following registration form:
- if you have any type of physical or mental health disability and have a scuba certification from a recognized adaptive scuba training agency, (such as Diveheart, HSA, SDI) and/or; a scuba certification from any other recognized scuba training agency(such as; PADI, NAUI, SDI, or SSI).
- if you have any type of physical or mental health disability and have previous experience scuba diving even if you do not have a scuba certification. For instance, if your past scuba experience occurred during a Discover SCUBA events, during scuba training, or during any other experience, please fill out this form.
